Is is possible to be an actor with a speech inpedimet?

i was born with a speech inpediment i want to be and actor it something i love to do i have been shot down twice by booker high vpa because of my speech inpediment and i dont want to take speech thearpy again. but if i have to i guess i will but i want to save that for my last resort thankyou
