Should bullies be allowed go on filed trips abroad.?

I have been bullied since the start of Transition year and the teacher/ principal have spoken to them many times about it it stopped for a few days then continued. Now they where still let go to Rome for 4 days whilst I stayed at home(my parents said I couldn't go because they would just be picking on me alot, I felt the same . While they where away I got the rest of the week off school. however I always wanted to see Rome do you think this was an injustice.?. There are a few girls in my cl that I kinda get on well with including one girl who's nice to everyone yet doesn't get involved when they say **** about me or each other. I would have gone with them however 7 girls in particular are real bitches and even say **** to me like "do you Fancy girls ewww that's not nice to hit on a girl in your own cl." Bullshit or what. by the education system.? My parents haven't got the money for me to change schools.
