Juvenile record keep me from the medical field?

I too am going through a similar thing. The difference is that mine was in december, i was 18 and still am, and mine was petit theft. Your main problem is the type of offense. Yours in violent, a huge deal breaker. I am doing a short CNA course of five weeks, it is $750. Your record will still come up because of it being a health care thing, they do finger print screening. You can always look up any way to contact the health department in your state and ask if there will be an issue, but you must be specific about your offenses.
