GTA Chinatown Wars or GTA Vice City Stories?

Go for the Chinatown Wars. The reason is Chionatown Wars takes place in 2009 while Vice City Stories takes place in 1984. Also Chinatown Wars is Liberty city refurbished, that was a rocking hit in GTA IV. Vice city is not so much fun as Liberty City. Plus there are a lot more useful features like the GPS,E-Mail,Taxi Hiring(using the DS microphone), Ammu-Nation weapon delivery to safehouse etc which makes it more enjoyable. I agree that the graphics are not so good and you cannaot drive helicopters. But there are a lot more vehicles than vice city tons of other side missions that are not found in any other GTA game. So go for the Chinatown Wars.
