Can someone please give me the correct phone number for the libyan emby in jakarta? ?

i have tried by asking through other embasies but still cant get onto the number it always says number temporarily disconnected ? surely they must have a way to contact them ?i have tried sending an email to them and am told the address is wrong also ? thks for any answers .mel
