What's next after social networking? Cerebral networking?

The computer is indeed a very useful tool for collective intelligence and collaboration. But it doesn't seem to be helping the language problems. Too many people are too lazy to write coherent thoughts. In a sense, it is the start of transhumanism. When we use the tools well, we are able to pool our intelligence to an unprecedented degree.
