Should I go to the doctors?

I have a plugged nose, congested with lots of phlegm, my eyes are sensitive to light and they're strained, I've been sneezing too much and it hurts, my right ear feels plugged and sometimes my hearing seems dim. I called my insurance and they said that the only way I can be seen today is if I go 20 miles away to Baldwin Park. That doesn't seem too bad, but my car is in the shop and I would have to get a ride there. Is there any medicine out there that can help with my problems, or is my only choice the doctors office?
