Cervix feels slightly open in early pregnancy?

I finally got my BFP Saturday. I think i am about 4 or 5 weeks pregnant, im going to the dr friday to confirm the pregnancy. I can not get time off work before then. I have felt my cervix and it feels slightly open. I have lots of cm and have had cramps. There is no bleeding at all. Has anyone else had this and had a healthy baby?
