How can Bangladesh improve their cricket?

Well, they are the fool!!!!! Why can't they do well? Let's see.. 'cause they don't even CARE if they loose!!!! They don't try, they have no good body, they are weak and at last they are lazy! And the biggest fool on this world is me, 'cause I think that they will win one day!
