Whats the biggest mistake you ever made and how do you feel about it now?

Never having the chance to say a proper goodbye to someone in my life that died from cancer when she was 10, I couldn't bear to see them lying in wake as I was just a kid myself and even now when I look back I wish I could have seen her just one last time.
