I quartered a chick, what to do with leftovers?

Ok so I quartered a chicken, but now I am not sure what to do with the left over meat/bones. I have heard it is great to put in a stew or a soup, but I was unable to find a recipe that involved leftovers from a quartered chicken. Any help?
