I need more freedom, how do i get it?

I'm 16 going on 17 and i'm still not allowed to go out with friends on a whim, date or have a boyfriend, kiss or have any affiliation with boys, stay at home alone, or go to parties...My parents are rediculously protective and are always paranoid. They've told me to my face that if i get pregnant they're kicking me out, even though i'm not ually active at all. I show them all the respect i have and they still don't respect me or trust me...how do i get them to give me more freedom to do what i want without them freakin' out on me.
